My story


« I don’t have anything but I have my head and I have me. From me, I will create the rest ».

That’s what I remember thinking when I was a kid and it has remained my motto until now. I had a very very modest upbringing but I knew that it didn’t have to be a fatality. I am the second child of a large family of 8 siblings plus my parents that makes it 10 and from a very young age, I learnt to hustle for what I want and make things happen.

When you don’t have Resources, you become Resourceful.


It’s incredible how creative you become when you don’t have much. You learn how to manage, and I owe this way of thinking to my mum. I learnt how to find good deals, buy secondhand objects in flea markets, sell pins to make pocket money, leverage on free education to learn more skills and knowledge, to be strategic in my decisions, and more. Let’s put it this way: my mum raised us in the mindset of «Teach a Woman To Fish, and You Feed Her for a Lifetime».
For me, nothing is impossible, as long as you put your mind to it, and take the necessary actions to succeed.

How did I become a Health & Performance Coach?

I combined what I have learnt since childhood with my passion for wellbeing, with a focus on performance. I worked in the financial industry for over 10 years, hence I know the challenges and pains that a lot of ambitious and hard working professionals go through. While I enjoyed it, learnt a lot, and met incredible people who have become friends, I have always had a passion for human wellbeing. I have learnt a lot about personal development, psychology, achieving success, nutrition and diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle and much more. As a ‘hobby’, I tried a lot of techniques on myself, my family and my friends. They would confide in me and call me for solutions to their problems. I used to coach them, get them out of their comfort zone, and watch them reach their goals. But most importantly, I used to coach my colleagues, and that’s how I decided to become a Health & Performance Coach. Today, I am expanding my reach to even more professionals like you, and offering my expertise.

  1. I can’t start the day if I have not had breakfast. For some it’s coffee, for me it’s a large breakfast. I eat a lot in the morning.
  2. I am an early bird even at the weekends.
  3. My hair is naturally curly and, just so you know, curly hair is difficult to maintain!
  4. I define myself as a citizen of the world: I am Moroccan by my origins, French by nationality and British by adoption. I believe that the world is frontierless, and it does not matter where you were born, where you grew up, or where you live, there is enough space for each of us to live in peace together.
  5. I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke and I hardly drink coffee. I am boringly healthy! I usually drink water, tea and smoothies, and when I go out, I will go crazy and have a coke.
  6. I read a lot, especially books that are related to my passion: health and performance, wellbeing, personal development, diet, exercise, etc…..
  7. I love flowers. It’s cliché but I love having flowers at home during autumn and winter. I find that it brings a little bit of warmth in the cold seasons. Try it.
  8. I recently discovered that I was good at decorating. I literally transformed the rooms of a couple of friends who were struggling to rent them. I looked at the rooms, at the pictures and at the description that they had put online, and I changed e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Outcome: one rent it in three weeks, when she had been struggling for months and my second friend had a rental in a week. If you need my services, give me a shout!
  9. I fancy driving a Range Rover, but because I don’t drive in the UK and I don’t really need a car, I decided that I would rent one. A simple pleasure that will make me happy.
  10. I generally eat healthy but my guilty pleasure is chocolate!
