My signature program involves a simple, effective coaching method centred around three fundamental performance pillars. These pillars will start by helping you identify small, achievable goals and how you can work to achieve them, before helping you develop the motivation to strive for higher.

Energy Optimisation

Throughout this initial phase, I will assist you in leaving the days of feeling tired and sluggish behind, by optimising your health, and replenishing your lost energy. By developing an appropriate nutrition and exercise plan, and ensuring that you get enough sleep, you will be able to clear your mind, focus for longer, and recharge your body. Ultimately, this pillar will help you unlock your potential, and allow your biological body to speak.

  • Discover the food that gives you energy, focusing on the right balance between carbohydrates, protein and fat.
  • Increase your brainpower
  • Adopt the technique required to have a good recovery sleep, so that you can increase the capacity of your body and brain, and achieve more, both physically and mentally

Performance Mindset

In this second phase, I will help you to achieve an enhanced state of mind, by eliminating any mental and emotional blocks preventing you from being the best version of yourself. By helping you to increase your brainpower, and to become more focused and goal oriented, you will also learn how to overcome challenges and your own fears, to keep the positive mindset no matter which situation you are in.

Among other things, you will:

  • Shift your thought process from negative to positive through mental techniques
  • Learn how to stay focus on your goals, make better decisions with a clear mind, and be a better communicator, both at work and at home
  • Set up a plan to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually so that you unleash your blocks and tap into your highest potential

  • Identify the right people to surround yourself with, get rid of toxic people who pollute your life, and deal with those who suck your energy.

How does the coaching program work?

You will onboard on a fabulous journey through my Peak Performance Vitality Coaching Program.

Based in London, I offer my services to clients online, or by phone for your convenience, ensuring that I provide you with a service that meets all your needs. We will meet once a week in person for an hour, except the first session, which can take up to two hours. At the end of each session, you will usually be given small action steps to take before our next session the week after. I am always reachable via email or whatsapp for support.

During the coaching program, you will start noticing results like an increase in energy, more productivity, new habits, a self-confidence boost and a sense of achievement. You will also start thinking out of the box, and looking at things with a different angle, all of which will help you to become unstuck. I will get you where you want to be.
